Competition Registration

Carvers are invited to participate in the 2024 competition by arriving on the morning of the show with the registration form completed (see link just below).  Check-in will be from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.  The cost for registration is $20.00 and covers up to eight carvings.  Additional carvings may be entered for $1.00 each.

Display Table

You can rent a table (8 ft. long) at the show to display and/or sell your carvings and other wood related items.  It is not necessary to rent a table in order to enter the competition.  The cost for the table is $25.00 and includes a tablecloth that you can keep.  If desired, the table can be shared with others.  The table rental form is linked below and must be received by November 1, 2024.

Raffle and Silent Auction

The club will raffle donated items at 3:00 PM during the show. You do not need to be present to win. Ticket costs will be 1 for $1.00, 6 for $5.00, 12 for $10.00 and 25 for $20.00. Raffle items will include gift cards to local restaurants, used carving tools and knives, carvings from our members, and many other items.

A silent auction will also be held for the following items: a scroll saw, a Tom Gow carving, a four foot Christmas tree with hand carved ornaments, and a Foredom rotary tool. The cutoff time for placing bids will be 2:45 PM.
