At PWCC Clubhouse.

If you are interested in this class, please fill out the registration form and send it with a check in the amount of $50.00 to
Jim Sullivan. Please send this deposit by July 17th, in order to reserve a space in the class.

The balance of the tuition can be paid at the class.
